Without a doubt, having Victoria as my doula was a gift from God! Before the delivery we met and it was as if we had been friends all our lives. The treatment and coexistence was so natural and familiar. I received words of encouragement and support when I was nervous and when I shared my fears or doubts. She always supported me with interesting and educational information that helped me a lot to make the necessary decisions at each stage. On the day of the delivery, having Victoria with us was like having a loved one, a sister there accompanying me, supporting me. Her calm voice, her loving hands. When she put her hand on mine I felt an indescribable power, I can only say that this is her mission and she does it with all her heart. One of the greatest gifts she gave me was being in contact with my mom (who was many miles away from me) and making her feel calm, telling her how the labor was going and sending me her messages and words of love. Words fall short, but I can say that the love that my husband, my baby and I received from Victoria will always be in our hearts.

From the moment I found out I was pregnant with my second baby, I knew it was time to start preparing for the VBAC I so desperately wanted. I found Victoria through an online search, and I'm so happy that I did because she was a big part in not only my successful vaginal birth but also throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. Throughout the pregnancy, she shared her knowledge and support through both in-person and virtual meetings. She was always available through text message or a phone call whenever I needed her. One thing that really stood out for me was the way she prioritized our wants and our needs. She involved my husband in all that we did and wanted to make sure he was comfortable and confident going into the birth as well. In the days leading up to the birth, she was a great support, providing helpful advice at all hours of the day. Once labor had begun, she was by my side at the hospital, making sure that all of my wishes were met with the labor and delivery. We are so thankful that we found Victoria and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Doula.

Victoria was fantastic as my doula. Her knowledge, passion for moms' well-being and for the type of childbirth I was hoping to experience (which I fortunately did) made me feel comfortable with her from the start. She was also very available and supportive before, during, and after the birth of my baby. During childbirth, I was able to fully focus on the delivery of my baby without other concerns as I knew she was there and had my back. I would definitely recommend Victoria for people looking for a caring and knowledgeable doula who will champion them. She was an absolute treasure!

We are so happy we started working with Victoria to help us prepare for labour and the postpartum period. As first time parents, we had no idea what to expect when it came to labour and how to prepare for it. She provided us with the confidence we needed, and was a tremendous support before, during and after labour. She was able to help me stay calm during labour, and was there to support my husband as much as she was supporting me. I don’t think we would have been able to have such a good labour experience without her. We would definitely recommend her to anyone having a baby, and plan on reaching out to her if we have a second child!

I hope that like me, you are lucky enough to have the VBAC doula by your side during your pregnancy journey. I wholeheartedly believe that the main reason I had a successful VBAC was because of Victoria’s support throughout my pregnancy. She will arm you with knowledge to ask your care provider proper questions and guide you throughout your pregnancy. Victoria is kind, extremely helpful and caring. She has such passion for her role as a Doula. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that she was there for me.
